Eye tutorial using 3 different colors in the eyes, and pink lashes. You dont have to have as many colors as I did, add lash colors, eyeshadow, or shinee, but feel free to^.^

Step 1________________________
Draw The base shape of the eyes.

Step 2________________________
Fill in the inside with white.

Step 3________________________
Draw the outline of the eyes.

Step 4________________________
Color the inside if the eye all black.

Step 5________________________
Take the first color of your eyes and color the outside ring. This color should be the largest ring.

Step 6________________________
Take the second color of your eyes and color the 2nd ring. This color should be the middle sized ring.

Step 7________________________
Take the last color of your eyes and color the last inside ring. This color should be the smallest ring.

Step 8________________________
Take a kind of blending tool, and darken up the eyes where you see it appropriate. Also, smudge out the outside of the eyes.

Step 9________________________
Darken up the inside of the eyes a bit.

Step 10________________________
Add dots for the shine then under it create a dashed white overlay line.

Step 11________________________
Add the eye shadow color, if any.

Step 12________________________
Add lashes: first draw a base black with a large paintbrush
second draw with a large pen black lashes over the paint
lastly, if you want to, add an undercolor in the lashes. I added pink ones with a smaller sized pen.
Add more makeup: Draw white dots everywhere and set the layer to overlay, then blend them out as wanted.
